Hello, I didn't notice emails sent about renewing plan and I have forgotten to cancel my annual year susbcription plan, that i dont use heavily anymore. Please can I request for a refund? I would really appriciate it, because being a student every penny counts...

you have to cancel your subscription and then request a refund. but make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
