I am trying to receive my fiscal receipt as Adobe charges me monthly VAT, but still doesn't send me an electronic fiscal receipt, only the invoice with no fiscal value.
When can I expect a solution to this issue?
My account is from Mexico and we can use the fiscal receipts for fiscal deductions, and as you are charging us with VAT very month, I urge you to contact me for sending you my fiscal information and answering me when should you send me the fiscal receipt (not the invoice without any fiscal value). Otherwise, I would ask some help to the fiscal authorities in Mexico.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
