I really need to cancel my plan and it says i need to sign in but I forgot my password. I keep pressing the reset password button but nothing happens and when i open the link in a new tab it just says error. I don't know what to do.

You will want to access the verified e-mail address you used to set up the account to complete the process. If you continue to be blocked, then I would recommend using a different device to reset your password and completing the cancellation process.

That link sends me to a page with a password reset button that doesn't work too.
