Good morning,

We are your client and we need residence certificate from your company.

Would you be so kind and send us a residence certificate for 2022 and 2023?

Polish law requires the submission of such a certificate for tax purposes.

I would appreciate your help.

contact adobe support for that. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
