Roll multiple plans into All Apps

Hi, I have three individual plans, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro. I want to consolidate them into one plan, so I upgraded InDesign to All Plans. For some reason I thought it would automatically roll the three plans into one, but now I have two redundant plans that I can't cancel without having to pay a fee.

I'm not cancelling, I'm upgrading! What do I need to do to roll the plans into one?

Thanks!
