Hallo liebe Community
Mein creative cloud account hat sich automatisch verlängert (obwohl ich das nicht eingeschaltet hatte) aber nicht mehr in die Schüler Version sondern in die normale. Ich zahle also 100chf mehr obwohl ich noch Studentin bin.
Wie kann ich das ändern?

It's possible what you're seeing is the expiration of the first year's discount on the student subscription and not the regular, non-student subscription price. Please check to see if the amount you are currently being billed is for the regular Student subscription rather than the regular Creative Cloud subscription.
If you are being billed at the regular, non-student subscription rate, you will need to contact Adobe Customer Support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
