Hello Adobe Community,
I'm reaching out to share an issue I've recently encountered and to seek any advice or solutions you might offer.
Recently, I received a notification from PayPal regarding a payment linked to Adobe, specifically tied to an invoice with the reference number BL2691275992. The puzzling part is, I had already cancelled my Adobe account prior to this notification, and to my knowledge, there should have been no outstanding payments due. Unfortunately, I did not receive the invoice in question, leaving me in the dark about the details of this charge.
Attached to this post, you'll find the documents proving the cancellation of my account, alongside the PayPal notification I received. My goal here is to gain clarity on this invoice and understand why I was charged post-cancellation.
This unexpected charge has caused me significant inconvenience and confusion. I am not satisfied with the situation, as it contradicts my understanding of my account status with Adobe. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, advice, or steps I can take to resolve this issue and ensure no further charges are processed in error.
Thank you for taking the time to read about my situation. Any insights or directions on how to proceed would be immensely helpful and appreciated.
Warm regards,
Pablo

check your account to make sure it's what you expect, https://account.adobe.com
then contact adobe support to make sure they're not doing anything unexpected. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
