Compre una suscripcion de Adobe Illustrator por 1 año, el numero de pedido es AB00 5218 0132 5CCL

este servicio se compro el 16 de Octubre de 2021. en el mes de Abril 2022 dejo de funcionar el programa y me arroja la leyenda de que la suscripcion gratis por 7 días vencio.

Por favor necesito de vuestra asitencia, ya llevo 2 meses sin el servicio.

Necesito la restauración y que se cumplan los 12 meses adquiridos o el reembolso del dinero.

As for the rest, you'll have to contact Customer Support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Adobe Community Professionals, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
