Me pongo en contacto por este medio, ya que el día 13 de Marzo realicé la cancelación del plan “Creative Cloud (Todas las aplicaciones)” ya que no cumplía mis requerimientos. Por lo mismo, decidí cancelar el mismo día que se contrató dicho plan. 
 
Ya han transcurrido los 5 días laborales en los que me tendrían que hacer un reembolso por un monto de $399 mxn pero no se ha visto reflejado en mi cuenta bancaria hasta ahora, solicito me puedan dar un estatus de mi situación.
