Hola, estoy intentando de hablar con soporte via chat pero no aparece ningun agente disponible. Ya hace horas estoy esperando sin respuesta. ¿Cómo puedo solicitar un reembolso del último cargo de mi suscripción? Supuestamente tenía que expirar (lo había cancelado previamente) pero se renovó.
