For some reason my gmail received two 6-digit auth codes, but no reason why they were requested. I was not online back then.
Is there any way to know why those codes were sent? Nobody has tried to login on my Google account even if it's username and password are the same as this Adobe account. Nobody can even access my PC, so this is pretty weird. There is no IP history of logins to Adobe account like Google and Microsoft have, or?
I didn't find any way to contact Adobe security team and ask them for more information. It seems like Adobe does not have that good customer support for consumers, which is pretty weird imo.

i doubt those are easily accessible, but if you want ti confirm, contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Are you using your Google account to log in to Adobe?
Your PC does not need to get involved, when someone wants to hack your account.
I do not understand what GDPR would have to do with a log check?
You can see here sessions that signed in to your account: https://account.adobe.com/security
