Somehow have two plans, can't cancel first without fee

Hi, I somehow wound up with two separate plans (Lightroom Plan with 1tb, Photography Plan with 20gb). I'm not 100% sure how I wound up with two plans, I think maybe I ran out of space and was prompted to upgrade, but for some reason the new plan didn't replace the older one, it was just added to it. Something fell through the cracks there.

I want to cancel the smaller one, but not pay the cancellation fee, since the plan was upgraded, not cancelled. I also need to make sure that no files will be lost. I think because it's the same account that the files are all on the same cloud space, so maybe there's nothing to worry about, not sure about that though.

Thanks.

I'm signed in with pop ups enabled and no chat is popping up. It asks if I want to go to the Canadian or US site, doesn't matter what I choose, no pop up.
