If you are absolutely certain you or a family member did NOT order an Adobe product or service with your credit card, you should contact your bank immediately. Your card may have been compromised without your knowledge. Your bank will ask you to sign some legal papers before they cancel the card and turn the matter over to local law enforcement. Adobe cannot help you because they are victims, too.
