I have been trying to cancel my plan for a while now, however everytime I go to "manage plans" it says "you have no items available". This wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that i'm still being billed for a plan I can't cancel. this has happened for the last 2 months. In addition to this I have been unable to use the products i've paying for as it says my trial has expired.
If there are any veteran adobe users out there with some sage wisdom, I am desperate for you to share your knowledge with me.
