Still being charged!!

Hi there,

I have a problem. I canceled the membership within the free trial and have an email to say it was cancelled however I am still being charged, unfortunately only noticed after being charged a few times.

I went to cancel and it was still saying I had to pay the rest of the annual fee.Could someone please help me check my account situation?

If you no longer need the additional services, you can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4of8i68 to self-cancel your commitment to Adobe Acrobat Pro. ^JW

Hi Shivangi.

This is the screenshot, I see it states the AI assistant was cancelled cause that I was I trialed so I have no idea why I have been charged for the pro?
