I've been trying to cancel my free trial and couldn't because it said I have no plans. Now I've been charged and I want to stop my subscription ASAP because I only needed it to do a assignment.

Are you signed in to the main Adobe website with the same exact Adobe ID, Email Address and Password, you used to start the Free Trial and or Account?
Could be you have 2 Adobe ID's?
