It is frustrating not being able to contact a real person! I've been trying to cancel my photoshop annual renewal and monthly subscription for months without being able to find my way through because the UX design for cancellation and contact support is made so complicated. Meanwhile, months keep rolling!
How can I take a refund and stop the annual renewal?

There is no way to cancel the annual renewal. It is automatic. To avoid the cancellation fee, you have to cancel it manually during the last month of the current subscription.
