Stop the Spam

I've been emailed 5 times within the past hour alone about my current plan. I unsubscribed from email notifications and STILL am getting bombarded with spam. How do I stop it or do I need to switch to free alternatives?

I hardly ever get e-mails from Adobe about my subscription.  Maybe you're the victim of a phishing scheme?  There are plenty of them swimming around lately.
