Hi

So for the last few weeks i have been trying to validate my teacher status. I teach illustration.

I sent in my employment contract through the regular form but was denied. I though this was weird so i contacted SheerID. They told me that they where able to validate my claim and that i should recive an email from adobe.

I never got the email and when asking SheerID about it they said i should contact adobe, but was only able to provide me a link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. which leeds to a QnA with no actual contact information and a phone number 800-833-6687 that doesnt work.

Any ideas how i should carry on? The fact that Sheer was able to validate my claim makes me want to follow this through.
