student confirmation

Hello. I am currently subscribed to a 1-year Creative cloud for students, I'm using the trial period at the moment. I've ordered some documents in my university in order to confirm that I am a student, they will be ready in about one week. I have 2 questions. 1. Where do i need to upload these documents? 2. Is it okay to upload them in a week or 2 weeks? As i've already mentiod, they are not ready yet.

Hi, once again. I haven't presented any documents yet, but my subcribtion is already in motion. I have the documents which verify that I'm a student now, but i can not find a place where to upload them. Do I still need to upload them, and if yes, where to, could you please give a more detailed instruction, as the links in your previous answer only transport me to my Plan, but there is no Eduction. or something like this.
