Student discount for High School not working?

I've been trying to start the free trial for Creative Cloud with a student discount however I keep running into an issue. I'll input my school provided email (.k12) as the account but everytime I get to a page that asks what university/college I go to with no option for high school. I checked online and it says that high schools are vaild and my email shoud automatically verify me but that isn't happening.

It MAY be that your school is not approved with Adobe... check with your school to find out
