Student discount not applied

I'm a student and had my student status verified on February 28. However, on my bank statement from March 12 I've been charged full price for my plan. There is no help to be found in FAQ and Help Centre. How can I get in contact with someone from Adobe to fix this?

(I've seen similar posts about a chat box but I can't get it to appear despite having allowed cookies)

chat is the preferred contact method per @John T Smith. but there are 2 other ways to contact adobe; phone and twitter:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

What do you say is "full price"?  Normal student price is around $30, but there's a special $20 price for the first year. Around $50 is full price.
