STUDENT/EDUCATOR PLANS-Cloud Installed, but only 3 apps available. Rest "TRY" "INSTALL" (Purchase)

I'm a Arts Director/Instructor at two High Schools in my current location. Teach Illustrative Art in all mediums, Language Arts, Music, Culinary, and Theater. To say I have the "Need" for the full suite Adobe provides is an understatement. I've been purchasing the most affordable "Plug-Ins" or "Knock-Off" Generic apps that try to MIRROR Adobe's programs, but they've gotten so greedy charging extra for using content in addition to using the program purchased. "I can't afford buying 25+ Apps/Plug-Ins" for the creative/corrective/critiqued work I need to do "Off Campus"! Our entire school district got sucked into Google Classroom, that's 23 Schools running on the same platform that we all absolutely DESPISE!

I was pointed to Adobe for the STUDENT/EDUCATOR via one of the programs I bought directly from Adobe- "LR"! I went through the process of providing my credentials ( ID and PayStub from Sutherlin School District), received an e-mail roughly 3 days later, with "CREATIVE CLOUD FOR EDUCATORS" install link.

Immediately after installing on my MacBook Pro-13 at home, all the available apps and/or programs appeared in a table, with only 3 having the option to "OPEN" the rest were "TRY" and "INSTALL" as in Start Trial and INSTALL after registering for trial?

What am I missing? My Adobe Bill is $49 a month for Adobe PDF Family and LR app!

1. What you can run depends on your subscription, naturally, and CC uses your Adobe sign in to check this. Check you are signed in with the right Adobe iD, the one paying.

2. Seems ok? Try a sign out and sign in.
3. You won't have the option to OPEN until you have installed. Are you sure you installed?

regarding 1. from @Test Screen Name:

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if that looks like you expect, apply step 2. from @Test Screen Name, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

regarding 3. from @Test Screen Name, click install for each program that you have a subscription (unless it's already installed and says open).
