Student puschase not working

I purchased the student plan that says it includes all creative cloud apps for $19.99 a month. I used photoshop for 2 weeks or so and now it says that my free trial is up and do I want to puchase. WTF! My credit card has already been charge $19.99.

When I look at my account is says that I only have Adobe for enterprise which includes 6 useles apps. 

 

How do I get what I purchased? Or Cancel? 

My parents had the old version of Photoshop which can't be used any more. This company should be sued!

Are you logged onto your computer with an admin rights? There may need to be some things installed that are being restricted. This has solved the issue for someone in a similar sitation to you , as below:
