Hi,
I’ve been using the Adobe Student Referral program and previously had no issues seeing and claiming my rewards. I’ve already received Amazon vouchers in the past.
For the last two weeks, however, my rewards are no longer showing up:
When I open the “Claim your reward” email and click the link, it used to open the rewards page where I could see and claim my Amazon voucher.
Now the same link just opens the Adobe Express home page, and no rewards are displayed anywhere.
This happens in every browser I’ve tried and on different devices.
I’ve contacted support, but the issue still isn’t fixed, and I haven’t received a clear update.
Could someone please help check my account and restore visibility to my referral rewards, or let me know what I should do next to claim the rewards I’ve earned?
