Just informed I did not need to pay for adobe as a student. The huge lack of communication on both adobe's website and my school's on how to initiate, never mind be aware of, the tuition-paid method has me boggled. I paid roughly $300 using the "student discount" service AND my tuition for the no-cost student service. When looking for a refund, adobe's website told me I had to ask my school for any concerns. When I asked my school, they told me they couldn't speak for adobe.
Zesty_Moonlight, I am sorry you are unable to cancel the membership provided by your University. There are no individual memberships to cancel under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please contact your school's Creative Cloud plan administrator for additional assistance with the plan they are managing.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
