My son left school last year due to illness, he is doing well however i am still paying his adobe monthly subscription - £24.95 - creative cloud.
He is doing better but i have no access to his student email account and he cannot remember his email address used to set up the account subcription so cannot gain access to cancel through the methods suggested on the help pages.
Would someone please be able to assist with suggestions as to how I can cancel?

If he got it through the school, he needs to talk to the school's IT department, I think.
Not having the email address will make things a little difficult, but customer support might be able to help.

Students do not have access to school emails after they graduate, so if they don't know their password, which is common, they have no way to access the email to retrieve the password. I think Adobe knows this and is exploiting it. Might be time to look into a class action lawsuit.

You can cancel the subscription by phone, as long as you know what your Adobe ID is. Most people use their email. If you bought the subscription THROUGH the school, you may have to talk to the school's IT department or whoever is in charge of selling students subscriptions to software.
Remember that if you cancel before the end of the subscription term (1 year), you will be charged a cancellation fee.
