Hallo zusammen,

da der Adobe Support nicht ohne weiteres per E-Mail zu erreichen ist, scheint diese Community der einzige Ort für Aufklärung zu sein.

 

Zum Sachverhalt: Ich bin als Student immatrikuliert und habe auch einige Zeit den ausgeschriebenen Preis für die Education Lizenz gezahlt. Seit März diesen Jahres jedoch werden annähernd 60€ abgebucht (Standard Lizenz). Im Abo Center wird mir angezeigt dass eine Überprüfung meines Studentenstatus im März fehlgeschlagen ist, obwohl eine gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vorliegt. Nun habe ich erneut eine Bescheinigung zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass offensichtlich ist, dass mein Studentenstatus unterbrechungslos fortbestand.

 

Die Frage: Wie hanhabt Adobe irrtümliche Abbuchungen wie in diesem Fall? Werden Gutschriften für die kommenden Monate ausgestellt, oder werden die überbuchten Monate zurückerstattet?
