Subs cancelation

Hi i want to know, is there a way i can contact the team? i want to cancel my subs, i dont know why i still got charge for cancelation? my sub is from the same month 2 years ago nov, or is there a way i can see when i wont get charge to cancel my subs?

price increases almost twice a much from last month, and when i want to cancel i got charge again, even its the same month as i started 2 years ago, annual mean yearly right why i got charge when its on same month, and there is no indication when i can stop subs without charge it is so weird, its like forcing us to sub or you need to pay if u stop?
