Subs on my credit card but as you my no plans

Hi There, I've been charged £15.17 on my credit card since May every month and just noticed this. 
I cannot understand as I didn't have an account and I had to register today with my e mail address just to get on here. 
Spoke to credit card company who said they've blocked and sent out new card but adobe may try again and urged me to cancel my subscription 

but how can I when I can't find it!
