Please stop billing me. You sent me confirmation of the cancellation of this subscription and indicated that I wouldn't be charged, refer to the email you sent to <email removed-kglad>, 10 October 2024, 12:27pm SAST, yet you charged me. I have incurred bank service charges due to your continuous attempts to bill me for something I cancelled on the same day as the sign up! I have not used your service. if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
