Me parece injusto lo que ustedes me están haciendo. Yo me subscribí con ustedes en adobe creative cloud por un año pago mensual y ahora resulto que también estoy subscrita a adobe stock que nunca me subscribí porque lo que hice fue un mejoramiento de plan y ahora result que tengo dos subscripciones pagando cada mes el doble!! La Cerda me parece mal de su parte. Ahora quiero cancelar el segundo que ustedes me pusieron y me sale que no puedo que tengo que pagar $119 que fuera entendible si yo me hubiera subscrito a ella como la de adobe creative pero resulta que no. Quiero una solución a esto porfavor

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
