Hello!
Since there is no one I can contact with E-mail at adobe, so so let me write so everyone can see 🙂
My daughter Emilia, Sweden (adobe loggin: <email address removed> made an adobe account at the begining of april. (She was 15 years at the time)
The first thing she did, was buy some plans with 1 year subscriptions. (after effect)
She saw the little check box "Add a 30-day free trial of Adobe Stock".
" but forgot to cancel the offer after 30 days... so now she has two plans totaling $68 a month for a year.. with no income! she is too young to understand the meaning of the deal.
Emilia only mentioned this for me, after adobe deducted bout $68 from her account! I can say she was crying when she talked with me, I had no idea what deal she made with adobe... When I tried to cancel the plans, I saw that she was locked in for a year!!! without my permission!!
I got quite angry because I thought adobe had knowledge of age and subscription in Sweden?
In Sweden, it is not permitted for children under the age of 18 to subscribe with a fee, without parental consent! So as a parent I demand that this subscription be terminated with immediate effect,
and all charges cancelled. (she has already suffered a $68 bill... it is her money for the summer holiday)
how do we proceed in this case? who can we contact?

According to Adobe's TERMS, students aged 13 yrs or older can join a subscription plan.
As parents, when we give teens purchase power with a credit or debit card, we assume responsibility for their actions (warts and all).
