I cancelled my subscription on May 2 and received the confirmation and cancellation # the same day. Today, May 4th, I received an email from Adobe stating that my subscription has been suspended. I'm wondering if this is possibly an overlap in timing since the cancel date was 2 days from the next subscription payment date. Or is this something I need to contact Adobe about to ensure they actually are aware of my cancellation. I appreciate your feedback.
Below is the email language I received:
"Your subscription has been suspended. We have attempted to contact you to update your payment information, but the payment has failed. During this suspension period, you will lose access to the paid tools in your subscription; however, you will retain access to your Account and any Content within our free user storage limits. We will continue to attempt to collect payment for the remainder of your subscription term. Once payment is received, your subscription access will be fully restored"
