Also, do check if the cancellation did go through successfully. Did you get a confirmation email for successfull cancellation? If yes and it has been more than a week since you cancelled then you could contact support to enquire about the refund status. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
