Hello Adobe Community,
I wanted to share my recent experience with Adobe in hopes of finding some clarity or a resolution.
I subscribed to Adobe last year during a promotional offer. It was a great deal, but as the year approached its end, I decided I wouldn’t renew the subscription because the regular pricing was outside my budget.
I attempted to remove my credit card details to prevent auto-renewal, but I couldn’t find a way to do so. I contacted Adobe Support for assistance and explained that I wanted to end my subscription due to financial reasons. They offered me a discount, which I said I’d consider, but I didn’t commit to anything at the time.
The following morning, I discovered that my Creative Cloud account had been suspended—even though I still had a valid subscription until February 25 (as confirmed by the email I received after canceling).
When I contacted support again, they told me I needed to re-enter my credit card details and resubscribe to regain access—even though I still had an active month remaining on my subscription.
I find this situation incredibly frustrating and unfair. It feels like extortion to lock me out of my account when I still have time left on my subscription.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Thanks for the update, Mbarek. If you still have more than a month left on your membership, then an additional monthly payment would have been charged to keep the subscription active.
I do see that you have an active support case. Please use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3DZN6yP if you have any additional questions or concerns about case ADB-38130617-X3D3. ^JW

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
