Hello! Can you tell me please: if my friend is from another country (not mine) will Adobe subscribe and give me his account details in order for me to use Adobe programs (download them to my computer and work), will this be a violation of the terms of use of Adobe products?

Yes, that is a violation. The subscription must be made by the person using it, and cannot be shared.
