Today I received an email stating that my subscription has been cancelled based on my request. But I didn't reqeust to cancel my license
I purchased an adode cloud license for a full year on October 2020 so subscription is till October 2021.
what shall i do ?
I didn't get any help in the chat option

Hello,
I had an exact same issue happen to me today. But unfortunatelly agent didnt help at all. He offered me to renew my old subscirption, which is ok. But this seems like my account and details has been compromised. I didnt find a way how to report it and Agent in the Assistant chat ended my chat before helping me or providing me any solution. I have paid for my subscription but can not use any of the aps:/
If anyone knows any solution, or have advice Iwill welcome it!
