i have valid licence with 1 year subscription and still have over 6 month for lightroom and photoshop subscription. but while i was trying to acess today, it says your subscription has ended, renew/upgrade today. i have already tried logged out creative cloud app and sign back in, verified the date/time on my computer is correct. but still having issue. Please let me know the next step.
