Subscription I have been scammed!

I want file a serious complaint and demand cancellation of plan without the exit fee. Does anyone have the contact to the complaints department??

 

The wording when signing up is misleading. This is a very serious problem and I see others having similar experience when reading through comments here. 

 

I signed up for a month - by month subscription because I wanted to do a tiny little hobbie design on photoshop and now I am charged for a year / early exit. This is unexpected and I feel very very scammed by Adobe because I would not have choosen a year if I had understood this clearly!

 

So sad 😞

the photography plan is an annual plan. the only choices are whether you pay monthly for one year, or you pay in one lump sum.  the end cost and the contractual terms are the same.

 

other plans offer an annual plan paid monthly or lump sum AND a monthly plan paid monthly.  

 

anyway, these are user forums.  making your case here changes nothing.  you need to make your case to adobe.  use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
