subscription issue (double charging)

I subscribed for a year via mobile and the subscription is still valid until April 2, 2023 worth SAR 299.99, but my subscription to the same program with  the same email via laptop is activated monthly and the amount of SAR 64.62 is deducted, why this conflict? Why can't use the yearly subscription on both devices?
