Subscription Mistake

I was attempting to see about cancelling my subscription and somehow i was signed up for an additional subscription on top of the one I don't want or need anymore. My bank account now has 2 separate payments deducted for this month and the customer support system is fighting my ability to address this by not having a simple contact system just the virtual assistant that can't process my issue.
