Good day,
just over a year ago I subscribed to two (wrong) services for a year.
It was my bad move so I sucked it up and paid an arm and a leg for a sub I did not use even once.
I cancelled one bit for got to cancel Adobe Stock, so it reknewed for another year...
Is there any way to get out of it?
thank you kindly in advance
john

To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-creative-cloud-subscription.html
-or Chat link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

Thank you for the reply, however it was a 12 month sub.
so I was trying to reach out to customer support if they could cancell it.
Really do not want to pat 30 euro / month for another year.

Yeah, I got that bit.
I was hoping that since I paid 600 euros the past year for something that I did not use,
someomne could do an exemption sice I am only a few day sinto the next year sunscription.
Ok. will do as such and bite the bitter pill and keep the aftertaste.
Customer satisfaction #1 (right after profit)
thanks anyway.
