Hi there,
A few days ago I took a black friday deal creative cloud subscription. I've paid it with IDEAL. After that there is no subscription found in my account. After chatting with an employee and had a call back phonecall this morning with an employee they just closed my case as solved with the mention unknown charge. I can not get in touch by AI or chat at this moment. Tried 3 times, waited almost an hour and got kicked out the chat somehow... can't reply on the emails anymore because the case is closed.
The payment is done, i just want my subscription as paid for with the deal.
Is there anyone Who can help me out how to solve this?

I know that's the weird part. I didnt use any code because that wasnt necessary. I just used the black friday deal and paid. Therefor there has never been an active subscription added to my account. I can give you the closed casenumber if it helps you?
I really want to use my subscription so i really want to solve this.
