Subscription problem

Good evening everyone, i want delete my monthly account subscription, one month ago i called the assistence centre to remove my monthly payment and the company manager said to me it would be ended on November 25th 2025, after that day the monthly subscription go on with the total payment of € 24,90, this afternoon i recalled the assistence centre but nobody answered to me, someone could tell me how to resolve this problem?

@Shivangi_Gupta on December 15th 2025 i called an Italian Adobe employee to explain my problem and he told me that my monthly subscription was still active, maybe the girl which i spoke one month ago forgot to cancel me from the account Adobe and i continued to give her money until November 25th 2025, after all this time i asked to the employee to completely eliminate my subscription because i didn't use the software anymore and all was done. Thank you for your support, good bye.
