Dear Adobe Support Team,
I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my gcash account from Adobe, amounting to ₱314.32 on 07 October 2025. The transaction details are as follows:
• Date: 07 October 2025
• Amount: ₱314.32
• Transaction Reference: 403442805
I do not recall subscribing to any Adobe services after deactivated my acc and I did not authorize this payment. Kindly assist me in identifying the source of this charge and process a refund if it was made in error. If there is an active subscription linked to my card, please cancel it immediately to prevent further deductions. And I want to unlink my gcash account.
