I don't know how to get ahold of whoever manages accounts. But I haven't used this in years and didn't realize that I was still being charged. I've emailed them several times and have heard nothing back. But yet they still keep sending me emails about billing issues, which is due to me changing banks. I want a refund for all the year of inactivity before the mess up my credit for no reason.
