Good afternoon!
My sister signed up for my card and she forgot to cancel this subscription. I am a poor student from Russia so after the charge-off I have no money left this month. Is it possible to give me a refund, please? Sorry for this request. Thank you for your help.

The first thing to do is cancel the subscription right now. Look at the following link for information on how to cancel your subscription.

Now you might be eligible for a refund/cancellation charges. For refund rules, refer to the following link.

If you are not eligible for a refund, contact support anyway and tell them your issue they might be able to help.
