Hello,
I desperately need help! I had to get Adobe E-Siganture to sign a document online and signed up for the free trial. I canceled it immediately after I turned in the document. BUT Adobe still charged me for a subscription. I most definitely canceled the subscription because it no longer appears under the settings on my MacBook which I used to subscribe. However, I do not have a notification of canceling it in my Gmail. I know I canceled it, and not only was I charged $28 for April, but to cancel my subscription I have to pay $150 to cancel. I talked to an online chatbot that connected me with an assistant. They ignore my questions and statements about saying that I canceled and have not given me any solutions! It is insane they have a cancelation fee for that much! Adobe is a scam.

Ciara, thanks for posting your question about your active subscriptions to this public discussion forum. I am showing that the subscription is still active. You can use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/44rztn2 to complete the cancellation process. You may need to use a different device or web browser if you are unable to complete the cancellation process, Ciara. ^JW
