Dear Adobe Support Team,
I have just noticed that I have been charged USD 17.69 monthly for a subscription I did not purchase. but after thoroughly checking my Adobe account, purchases, and billing history, there is no record of this subscription.
Please investigate this matter and cancel the subscription. I would also appreciate confirmation that no further charges will occur.
